Pretty Chocolate Bar Gift wrap

You Will Need

  • Craft Asylum - Meadow Sweet - 6"x6" Paper pad (480289)
  • Craft Asylum - Meadow Sweet - Embellishment set (480111)
  • Craft Asylum - Meadow Sweet - Stamp set (480104)
  • Chocolate bar
  • Coloured paper
  • Ink
  • 11.5cm x 3cm white card
  • 5cm x 1.8cm white card
  • 5cm x 1.8cm silver card
  • Double-sided finger lift tape
  • Ultra sticky double-sided tape

  • Use coloured paper to cover a chocolate bar neatly in the same way as you would wrap a gift. Use double-sided tape to fix into position.
  • Cut an 11.5cm square of patterned paper using your craft knife and ruler. Then cut a 4 x 11.5cm band from the off cuts.
  • Use double-sided tape to wrap the 11.5cm square around your wrapped chocolate bar.
  • Use double-sided tape to stick the white card rectangle onto the 4cm patterned paper rectangle and apply a line of ultra sticky tape to the underside of one of the short ends.
  • Stamp the phrase onto white card and cut out carefully before using double-sided tape to stick it onto a small silver card rectangle. Trim the ends off to mirror those on the stamped motif.
  • Stick the phrase tag to the underside of the layered rectangles and then attach a brad or button.
  • Wrap the layered rectangle around the wrapped chocolate bar and secure.
  • Cut a spiral from an 11.5cm square of Meadow Sweet paper leaving a 1.5cm circle at the centre and then bend over 3-4mm from the outside edges carefully.
  • Working from the outside, coil the spiral by rolling tightly and when you get to the centre circle
  • Fix the coil into place using a glue dot.
  • Stick the paper rose into place using ultra sticky tape.
