Ordering

How do I place an order?

Ordering from our website is easy and you don't need to register with us if you don't want to.

Find the products you'd like to buy

Browse our website using the drop down menu entitled Shop By Department or use the search function. We have also provided a filter with choices available on the right side of your screen if using a PC or at the bottom of the screen if using a smaller device such as a mobile phone.

Add the products you'd like to buy to your shopping basket

When you find the product you'd like to buy you can either select the 'add to basket' button from the category page displaying a range of products, or click on an individual product to find out more about it. When you click on the 'Add To Basket' button a popup box will appear to let you know what you've just added to your basket. You will see the number items added to your basket and total value of goods alongside an image of the basket which is located at the top of the page. You can continue browsing our website for more products or go to the checkout to complete your purchase.

View/Amend Basket and go to Checkout

From any page within our website you can view your Basket by selecting the number of items and value which is displayed to the right hand side of the Basket image at the top of the page. This will then display a box with details of your basket items, from this screen you can do the following:

  • 1. Amend products in basket - Click on the pencil image to amend the quantities
  • 2. Remove products from basket - Click on the 'X' to remove items from your basket
  • 3. Click on the button 'My Basket' this will allow you to amend, remove and apply discount codes (if you have one) to your order. You can then continue to shop or proceed to the checkout area.
  • 4. Click on the button 'Checkout' this will take you to the checkout pages. Here you can select 'Checkout as a Guest' and make your purchase without registering your details, or by selecting 'Register' you will be able to quickly log in to your own secure account area for order tracking and faster ordering the next time you visit.
  • Checkout as a Guest

  • This is a 6 stage process:-
    1. Checkout Method: Select 'Checkout as Guest'
    2. Billing Information: Add your Billing Address
    3. Shipping Information: Add your Shipping Address (if different to your Billing Address)
    4. Shipping Information: Select a delivery method if applicable
    5. Payment Information: Select your preferred payment method
    6. Order Review: This page displays a review your order, you can edit the shopping basket here before selecting 'Place Order'. You will then be taken to the payment gateway that you selected in order to make your payment. After you have made your payment you will be redirected back to our website where you will see details of your purchase along with a printable order confirmation.
  • Register as a new customer

  • This is a 6 stage process:-
    1. Checkout Method: Select 'Register'
    2. Billing Information: Add your Billing Address and select a password that will later be used to log into your secure account area
    3. Shipping Information: Add your Shipping Address (if different to your Billing Address)
    4. Shipping Information: Select a delivery method if applicable
    5. Payment Information: Select your preferred payment method
    6. Order Review: This page displays a review your order, you can edit the shopping basket here before selecting 'Place Order'. You will then be taken to the payment gateway that you selected in order to make your payment. After you have made your payment you will be redirected back to our website where you will see details of your purchase along with a printable order confirmation.
  • Log in as an existing customer

  • This is a 5 stage process:-
    1. Checkout Method: Select 'Login'
    2. Billing Information: Your list of saved addresses will appear for you to select or add a new one
    3. Shipping Information: Your list of saved addresses will appear for you to select or add a new one (if different to your Billing Address)
    4. Shipping Information: Select a delivery method if applicable
    5. Payment Information: Select your preferred payment method
    6. Order Review: This page displays a review your order, you can edit the shopping basket here before selecting 'Place Order'. You will then be taken to the payment gateway that you selected in order to make your payment. After you have made your payment you will be redirected back to our website where you will see details of your purchase along with a printable order confirmation.

Will I receive a confirmation that you've received my order?

Yes, we will send you an order confirmation by email. If you don't receive an email shortly after placing your order please let our Customer Services team know by completing our Contact Form

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to the time that we send it. Please contact our Customer Services team by completing our Contact Form. Please remember to quote your order number which was provided on your confirmation email.

Can I add an item to my order?

Unfortunately no, you will need to place a new order if you want to add products to your delivery.

The item I want to buy is out of stock

Please accept our apologies if this is the case, we understand this can be quite frustrating. Sometimes, when we know stock is due in to us and we'll display a 'Pre-Order' button on the item along with the expected despatch date. Alternatively you can select 'Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock' which will be displayed on the product detail page of the item that is out of stock. We'll then email you when the item is back in stock.

How much do you charge for delivery?

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order within the UK. Overseas orders will take slightly longer. Full details can be found on our Delivery and Returns page.

My order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days, please contact our Customer Services team by completing our Contact Form

Returns

Can I return my product for an exchange?

Certainly, please follow the advice in our Returns Policy

Special Offers

Reduced Prices

Items that are reduced in price will display the RRP and the Special Price.

BOGOF

For 'Buy One Get On Free' offers, you will need to place everything in the basket including the free items. The cost of the free item will be deducted during checkout.
NB. You will not get your free item if you do not add it to your basket.

Vouchers

If you have a money off voucher code please add the details to the 'Discount Codes' area in your Shopping Basket before going through to the checkout pages. A pop up box will appear to confirm the discount has been applied.

Free Template Downloads

If you would like to download our templates that we have available from time to time we may ask you to complete an online form (usually your name and email address). This is so we can monitor the popularity of our templates and we'll also sign you up to receive our newsletters, these will be full of inspirational ideas and special offers. My Account

What are the benefits of registering an account on creativerox.com?

Once you have set up an account on our website you can check the status of your orders instantly. You will not be required to re-enter your personal details during checkout as most fields are automatically filled in with the details you registered with.

Complaints procedure

I'm not happy, what is your complaint's procedure?

If there is any aspect of our service or products that you are dissatisfied with please contact our Customer Services team by completing our Contact Form. You will receive an email copy of your form submission which is our acknowledgement that we have received your complaint. We will respond to your complaint within 28 days and we may need to contact you for more information to carry out any investigations that may be necessary.
