Hi everyone,

You know I always love a good home decor project and today I'm sharing how to make quick and easy Home Decor...

I stumbled upon this cute lovely little house shaped frame during a recent tour to a furniture store. This frame/shelf/shadow box is the perfect accessory for Craft Room or little ones bedroom.

I love tiny things! Immediately I get started on a makeover for my little house shelf!

Tutorial House shaped frame Shelf makeover using Dies and patterned paper

I've used the beautiful floral papers from the Craft Asylum Meadow Sweet collection to decorate my wooden House Shaped Shelf

How to make it:

1- Cut the patterned paper to fit the shelf. Attach to the back.

2- Add a banner die-cut from the Paper Pad 12”x12”. Distress ink the edges. Use foam squares to give select shapes dimension.

3- Die cut a butterfly using the Sizzix Big Shot machine and the Bigz Die - Vintage Butterfly.

4- Die cut an Intricate Vintage Butterfly from cardstock.

5- Layer together and apply above roof house.

You could use any combination of patterned or colours to give it your own unique look!

I hope you have enjoyed today’s project :)
